My name is Elizabeth Schafehen and I am a pediatric speech language pathologist. I have been a speech language pathologist for the past 25 years. I currently live in Aynor. My family and I moved to the Myrtle Beach area 9 years ago. I have been working full time with Horry County Schools for the past 9 years. I have experience working in public schools, home health, early intervention, and private practice settings. I began my career working in the Chicagoland area and have worked in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Louisiana prior to moving to South Carolina. I am blessed to have boy/girl twins who are 21 years old. My husband and I are big animal lovers and have three huskies.

I am a speech language pathologist with 25 years experience. I have been working for Horry County Schools for the past nine years. I am interested in doing contract early intervention speech therapy during after school hours and/or on Saturday mornings. I live in Aynor and would like to work with children in their homes in the Aynor/Loris area. I am looking for a caseload of approximately 5 children. I actually did contract work for your company for a short period of time 9 years ago when I first moved to the area.

Skilled pediatric (mostly) PT in search of contract or part time work to start in June or July of this year. I am NDT certified in baby treatment and have many years in pediatrics in different positions. I currently work in the 3-6 year old population as a contract therapist. Most of my current work is in preschools, Head Start and Pre-K Counts programs although, sometimes in the home. I feel I still have plenty to offer children and adults. My life has always revolved in taking care of my health, being active playing tennis, pickleball and biking, as well as being plant-based. But also important to me, is providing expertise in children's development to empower their caretakers in best ways to take care of their loved ones. Of course, "playing" and helping children is my main source of satisfaction.
